Ingredients For spinach souffle

  • 2 pkg
    10oz. each frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c
    milk, whole
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 8 Tbsp
    cracker meal
  • 2 c
    diced munster cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    seasoned croutons

How To Make spinach souffle

  • 1
    Microwave the spinach for 5 minutes. Add all in the ingredients except eggs and croutons. DON'T DRAIN SPINACH!

    Beat eggs and add to slightly cooled spinach. Pour into a greased casserole. Top with Croutons and bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
