When I get tired of the usual side dishes, I pull out this easy spinach souffle recipe. It is always well received and looks pretty.

Ingredients For spinach souffle

  • 6
    eggs, beaten
  • 10 oz
    box chopped frozen spinach, thawed
  • 8 slice
    american cheese slices, torn into pieces
  • 16 oz
    cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make spinach souffle

  • 1
    Beat eggs together. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. (I place in casserole dish) Cook at 350 for 40 minutes - 1 hour until light golden brown on top.
