When I get tired of the usual side dishes, I pull out this easy spinach souffle recipe. It is always well received and looks pretty.

Ingredients For spinach souffle

6eggs, beaten

10 ozbox chopped frozen spinach, thawed

8 sliceamerican cheese slices, torn into pieces

16 ozcottage cheese, small curd

1 stickbutter, melted
How To Make spinach souffle

1Beat eggs together. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. (I place in casserole dish) Cook at 350 for 40 minutes - 1 hour until light golden brown on top.
