This is a good side dish served with bar-b-que get togethers or for big Christmas dinner with the turkey and all the fixings..have had it for years and never tire if it.

Ingredients For spinach souffle

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 lbs. cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained and thawed
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. diced velvetta cheese
  • garlic salt, pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 t. flour

How To Make spinach souffle

  • 1
    Mix ingredients and pour into large casserole or souffle dish (buttered. Bake for 1 hour in 350~ oven.
