My sister was visiting from Texas and I made this for brunch. Everyone loved it! This is delicious for breakfast,brunch, lunch, dinner or anytime.

Ingredients For spinach pie

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour or bisquick
  • 1/2 lb
    feta cheese
  • 10 oz
    shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 10 oz
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 10 ounce pkg
    frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 1
    deep dish pie shell

How To Make spinach pie

  • 1
    Mix eggs, milk, cream cheese and flour with electric mixer on low until well blended.

    Stir in cheeses and spinach. Pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crisp and brown on top.
