Ingredients For spinach mousse

6 lbfresh spinach

6egg whites
-
1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

4 ozheavy cream
How To Make spinach mousse

1Blanch spinach for 30 seconds and drain thoroughly.

2Put into a food processor with egg whites, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

3Process for 1 minute.

4Drizzle in cream while processing.

5Chill.
