Ingredients For spinach cream cheese casserole

3 ozcream cheese, room temperature

10 ozfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well

1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup

1 canfrench fried onions

1/2 tspeach salt and freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

1/2 cbutter
-
saltine cracker crumbs (1 sleeve, crushed)
How To Make spinach cream cheese casserole

1Mix cream cheese into spinach until smooth. Add soup, blend until well mixed, then fold in French fried onions, salt and pepper. Put in buttered baking dish. Melt butter and stir in enough crackers crumbs to absorb butter. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and topping is golden.

2The key to making this dish good is to drain spinach VERY WELL.
