Ingredients For spinach casserole surprise

  • 1 pkg
    (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 pkg
    (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make spinach casserole surprise

    In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, salt,and pepper; mix well. Add spinach; mix well.

    Spoon the mixture into a greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese, then with the pecans.

    Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and top is golden.
