Ingredients For spinach and paneer in a cream sauce

1 lbfresh spinach, washed and stemmed

1 Tbspghee

2 tspground coriander

1/2 tspturmeric

2 pinchasafetida

3 Tbspwater

2/3 csour cream

8 ozpaneer, cubed

How To Make spinach and paneer in a cream sauce

1Chop the washed and drained spinach into small pieces. Heat the ghee in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the powdered spices for a moment to bring out the oils.

2Place the chopped spinach into the saucepan with 3 tbsp. of water. Cover and gently cook until the spinach is tender - approx. 10 minutes.

3Fold in the sour cream and the cubes of paneer. Add the salt and sugar, stir well. Continue cooking on low heat for approx. 5 minutes.
