Ingredients For spinach and cheese saute ethiopian-style

1 bunchspinach, tough stems removed and chopped

1 cayib - ethiopian cheese (cottage type cheese can be substituted)

1 Tbspnite kebbeh

1onion, chopped

1 tspginger, grated

2 clovegarlic,minced

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spinach and cheese saute ethiopian-style

1Melt the niter kibbeh in a large skillet and add onions, ginger and garlic. Saute until translucent.

2Add the chopped spinach and stir until it wilts. Then add the cheese, salt, and pepper and cook until slightly dry.

3Serve hot with injera.
