Ingredients For spicy crunchy bacon pea salad

  • 14 oz
    frozen green peas, thawed
  • 2-3 slice
    bacon, cooked and sliced
  • 3 lg
    eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 sm
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    red pepper, chopped
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c
    buttermilk, whole fat
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dry mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    truvia
  • 1-2 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt
