This is a great way to spice up your ear of corn. Great for a cookout during the summer.

Ingredients For spiced corn on the cob

    ears of corn
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry taco seasoning mix that comes in an envelope
  • 2 Tbsp
    water

How To Make spiced corn on the cob

    Boil ears of corn until done.
  • 2
    Heat oven to 400 degrees.

    Melt butter and add taco seasoning mix. Brush all over the ears of corn. Place each ear on double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil.

    Sprinkle ears of corn with a little water.

    Wrap tightly in foil and twist the ends. Place ears of corn on rack in oven and bake for about 25 minutes, turning once during baking.
