Ingredients For spanikopita

1 pkg16 oz. cottage cheese

4 cgrated cheddar cheese
-
6eggs
-
1/3 cflour
-
2 boxfrozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained

2 Tbspsour cream
How To Make spanikopita

1In mixing bowl beat 6 eggs and add 16 oz. cottage cheese and 1/3 cup flour. Stir all together. Add chopped and drained spinach. Mix well.

2Stir in 4 cups grated cheddar cheese and 2 T. sour crem. Pour into a greased 13x9 casserole. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

3Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
