Ingredients For spanikopita

  • 1 pkg
    16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 4 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 2 box
    frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream

How To Make spanikopita

  • 1
    In mixing bowl beat 6 eggs and add 16 oz. cottage cheese and 1/3 cup flour. Stir all together. Add chopped and drained spinach. Mix well.

    Stir in 4 cups grated cheddar cheese and 2 T. sour crem. Pour into a greased 13x9 casserole. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
