Ingredients For soy glazed king oyster mushrooms

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    thai mushroom soy sauce or regular soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 8 oz
    king oyster mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • scallions for garnish

How To Make soy glazed king oyster mushrooms

    Melt the butter with the two soy sauces, honey, and garlic together. Set aside.

    In a large skillet add the oil and fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown removing to a plate. Once all the mushrooms have been cooked add the butter mixture to the skillet. Bring to a slow boil and add the mushrooms and cook 2 minutes until nicely glazed. Remove to a plate and garnish with scallions.
