    ears of fresh corn or can be made with frozen but best with fresh
  • 3/4 stick
    butter
  • salt, pepper to taste

How To Make southern fried corn

    SHUCK AND SILK CORN AND CUT OFF OF COB. IN A FRYING PAN MELT BUTTER AND ADD CORN, SALT AND PEPPER ON MEDIUM HEAT. START FRYING,AFTER ABOUT 15 MINUTES YOU WILL START SEEING THE CORN CARMELIZE SCRAPING THE BOTTOM OF PAN.WHEN ALL THE CORN IS CARMELIZED THE CORN IS DONE.
