sour cream & dill cucumbers
(4 ratings)
I grew up with your everyday sour cream, dill, and cucumber salad on our Polish table. But as I learned to cook, I took this common dish and spiced it up.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This traditional Polish dish is far from plain. It's creamy, tangy, and bursting with dill flavor. We loved the touch of heat cayenne pepper added. Cool and refreshing, it will be the perfect addition to summer dinners and cookouts.
