Ingredients For soulful greens

1/2 c(4ozs) chicken broth low sodium

3/4 cwater

2 lbcollard greens,washed and stems removed

1-1/2 cred onions, sliced

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 c100% orange juice
How To Make soulful greens

1heat chicken broth and water in a large pot. bring to a boil, add collard greens and cook for 10 minutes. saute garlic and onions for 5 minutes in a skillet. add orange juice and wilted greens. stir until well coated. simmer for 5 minutes
