Ingredients For smothered cabbage/yellow squash

1 lghead cabbage washed and cut up

2-3 mdfresh yellow squash cut into slices

1 mdgreen bell pepper sliced or chopped

1 mdonion chopped

1 clovegarlic chopped

1 tspsalt and pepper to taste

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 tsppaprika
How To Make smothered cabbage/yellow squash

1In large skillet heat olive oil,add onions,bell pepper and garlic,saute until they are soft. Add chopped cabbage stirring to insure all veg cook evenly add squash,salt and pepper and paprika let simmer stir once or twice cover and let simmer 10 min or so until squash is tender.
