Ingredients For smokey sweet roasted corn

4ears of fresh corn (still in husks)

4 Tbspbutter, melted

1 Tbspsugar

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspmayonaise

1/2fresh lime (squeezed)

1/4 bunchchooped cilantro

1/2 ozyour favorite fresh cheese (feta) crumbled
How To Make smokey sweet roasted corn

1place fresh corn in cold water for 1 hour.

2remove corn from water and place corn directly on the rack in 350 degree oven for 35 min.

3In a bowl whisk together, melted butter, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chilli powder. Set aside.

4remove corn from oven and let slightly cool. Pull back husks and remove silks.

5coat each ear of corn thoroughly in butter mixure. top the corn with fresh chopped cilantro and your favorite fresh cheese (feta) and ENJOY!!
