This is a new side dish that my family tried recently and we love it. The flavor is incredible and it gives a great new spin to a family favorite. Enjoy

Ingredients For smokey grilled corn on the cob

4-6ears of corn (white is best)

1 cbutter (melted)

3 Tbsplime juice

chili powder
-
parmesan cheese (shredded)
How To Make smokey grilled corn on the cob

1Put the corn in a pot of water and boil for around 10 minutes

2Mix the butter and lime juice together

3Take the ears of corn out of the water and put them on the a very low burning grill or on a hanging rack if your grill has one. Grill for 5-10 minutes making sure you turn the corn often to avoid excessive charring

4After the corn comes off the grill brush it with the butter lime mixture and sprinkle with chili powder and parmesan cheese.

5You can use the chili powder and cheese to taste. We use the chili powder liberally because I think it's the key flavor in this recipe. Enjoy
