How To Make skillet cauliflower

1Remove leaves and stem and cut into chunks

2Boil in large pot of salted water 15 to 18 minutes, until tender

3Drain. Melt butter in large saute pan. Add cauliflower and saute until it just starts to brown, about 10 minutes. Grind sea salt on just befoer serving
