How To Make six-minute broccoli

1Separate florets of broccoli into small pieces.

2Wash broccoli. Drain.

3Heat oil in wok to 400 degrees. When hot, put in broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute.

4Add salt, water, and sugar. Cover. Cook 3 minutes at 300 degrees.

5Remove cover. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

6Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
