I love this slaw as a side for proteins like pork and chicken, and it is awesome on a good hotdog with a bit of mustard, and maybe some good chili to boot. A little bit of heat, and a little bit of sweet. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

    head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2
    head red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 md
    carrots, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger root, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise, i prefer duke’s
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 - 2 pinch
    white pepper, freshly ground
  • OPTIONAL ITEMS
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
