When I make these my kids eat them as fast as I can get them fried and cooled!! I have to chase them out of the kitchen in order to have enough for the table.

Ingredients For shrooms

  • 1 lrg pkg
    mushrooms, whole
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • butter milk
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix

How To Make shrooms

    Clean, peel and pop stems out of mushrooms and set aside.

    In a bowl mix together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.

    In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, pepper, and buttermilk until it is desired consistency for batter.

    Stuff the mushrooms with cream cheese mixture, dip in batter mixture and deep fry until golden brown. Good to dip in Marzetti Sweet and Sour sauce.
