You may use fresh green beans but it takes a bit longer to cook. This is great as a fast side dish :-)

Ingredients For sesame green beans

2 cangreen beans, liquid drained

1/4 cchicken broth, fat-free

2 Tbsproasted sesame seeds

1 pinchsea salt, finely ground

1 pinchblack pepper
How To Make sesame green beans

1Drain 2 cans of greens beans and place in medium skillet on top of stove.

2Add the chicken broth and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

3Add the sesame seeds and salt & pepper...stir well. Continue to cook over med to low heat for another five minutes. That's it, ready to serve and eat. Enjoy :-)
