This recipe is very versatile. I change up the vegetables and sometimes use a bit of sesame oil instead of just vegetable oil. I like to serve this with grilled teriyaki chicken or steak.

1/2 clow sodium chicken broth

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 tspcornstarch

1/8 tspground ginger

3 Tbspvegetable oil

2 cbroccoli florets
-
2 ccauliflower florets
-
1/2 csliced green onions
-
1-2 Tbspsesame seeds, toasted

How To Make sesame and soy stir-fry vegetables

1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Set chicken broth mixture aside.

2Pour oil around the top of a preheated wok or slope sided skillet. Heat to medium high (375º) for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

3Stir in the reserved broth mixture and the green onions. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the mixture is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
