8 cthinly sliced potatoes

1 cthinly sliced onion

20 ozcream of mushroom soup

1 cmilk

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

paprika, sprinkle
How To Make scalloped potatoes

1Layer potato and onion in a 3 quart casserole.

2Mix soup, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over top. Insert spoon here and there to allow some sauce to penetrate. Sprinkle with paprika.

3Bake covered in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour, 15 minutes. Remove cover during last 10 minutes.
