Ingredients For scalloped potatoes (crockpot style)

  • 13 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    celery leaves
  • 3 c
    mild shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 md
    yellow onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 6 md
    potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4 inch thick

How To Make scalloped potatoes (crockpot style)

    Spray the inside the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Put a layer of potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add opinions and cheese.

    In a blender, combine the celery leaves, butter, flour, and evaporated milk and process. Pour over the potatoes.

    Cover and cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
