Ingredients For scalloped potatoes (crockpot style)

13 ozevaporated milk

1/3 cflour

3 Tbspbutter

1/3 ccelery leaves

3 cmild shredded cheddar cheese

1 mdyellow onion, sliced thinly

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tspground pepper

6 mdpotatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4 inch thick
How To Make scalloped potatoes (crockpot style)

1Spray the inside the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Put a layer of potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add opinions and cheese.

2In a blender, combine the celery leaves, butter, flour, and evaporated milk and process. Pour over the potatoes.

3Cover and cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
