It has always been a tradition in my family to serve as a Thanksgiving side dish. It's so good I don't know why we didn't have it more often.

1/4 cbutter

1/2 conion chopped

1/2 cgreen pepper chopped

1 cancreamed styled corn

1/2 ccrackers crushed

2 lgeggs beaten
How To Make scalloped corn supreme

1Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 1-quart casserole.

2Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.

4Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
