It has always been a tradition in my family to serve as a Thanksgiving side dish. It's so good I don't know why we didn't have it more often.

Ingredients For scalloped corn supreme

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper chopped
  • 1 can
    creamed styled corn
  • 1/2 c
    crackers crushed
  • 2 lg
    eggs beaten

How To Make scalloped corn supreme

    Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 1-quart casserole.

    Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

    Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.

    Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
