i recieved this recipe from my mother-in-law. it was passed down to her from her mother. we have this every thanksgiving. she now lives two thousand miles away, my husband really enjoys this dish. I just had to get it.

Ingredients For scalloped corn

2 cancream corn
-
1 to 2 pkgcrushed crackers or oyster crackers
-
salt
-
pepper
-
1egg
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 Tbspbutter, cold
How To Make scalloped corn

1add the corn and crushed crackers to a cassarole dish.
add the salt and pepper to taste. -
2mix in the egg and butter.
Add the milk as needed. should be consistancy of soup. -
3cover with foil and bake in the oven for an hour. Check at half hour for doneness.
