4 cfresh or frozen corn

3eggs, beaten

1 cmilk

1 ccrushed saltines

3 Tbspbutter or margarine

1 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspfinely chopped onion

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped corn

1In a large bowl, combine corn, eggs, milk, 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Transfer into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
