Ingredients For scalloped corn

  • 3 can
    creamed corn
  • 3 md
    eggs
  • 1
    sleeve saltine crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make scalloped corn

    Preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2
    Empty corn into a medium-size oven proof bowl.
  • 3
    Mixing by hand, add the eggs.
  • 4
    Crush the crackers into medium to small pieces; fold into the egg-corn mixture until well blended.

    Place on middle rack of preheated oven, and bake for 1 hour.
