Ingredients For scalloped corn

3 cancreamed corn

3 mdeggs

1sleeve saltine crackers

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped corn

1Preheat oven to 350*.

2Empty corn into a medium-size oven proof bowl.

3Mixing by hand, add the eggs.

4Crush the crackers into medium to small pieces; fold into the egg-corn mixture until well blended.

5Place on middle rack of preheated oven, and bake for 1 hour.
