I got this recipe from my friend's mom. I always loved it when she made this. I did put my own spin on it... she makes it with 2 cans of cream style corn, but I like it better with the 2 different types of corn. Enjoy

Ingredients For scalloped corn

1 cancorn, drained

1 cancream style corn
-
2 Tbspbutter,melted

3eggs, slightly beaten
-
1/2can of milk (rinse out the cream style corn can)

1sleeve saltines, crushed

pinch of salt & pepper
How To Make scalloped corn

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking dish ( I use a glass pyrex oval dish). In large bowl mix all ingredients well.

2Pour into baking dish. Bake for around 45 minutes or until light golden brown. Delicious.
