I got this recipe from my friend's mom. I always loved it when she made this. I did put my own spin on it... she makes it with 2 cans of cream style corn, but I like it better with the 2 different types of corn. Enjoy

Ingredients For scalloped corn

  • 1 can
    corn, drained
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter,melted
  • 3
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2
    can of milk (rinse out the cream style corn can)
  • 1
    sleeve saltines, crushed
  • pinch of salt & pepper

How To Make scalloped corn

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking dish ( I use a glass pyrex oval dish). In large bowl mix all ingredients well.

    Pour into baking dish. Bake for around 45 minutes or until light golden brown. Delicious.
