Ingredients For scalloped corn

1 cbutter or margarine

1 csour cream

1 cancreamed corn

1 cankernel corn (drained)

1 boxcorn muffin mix

2 Tbspwhite sugar
-
salt and pepper to taste

2eggs beaten
How To Make scalloped corn

1Just mix all ingredients together then pour into a greased 13"x9" or 2 quart casserole dish

2Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
