I love love love cabbage. I'd been thinking of this recipe for awhile and finally decided to try it & everybody loved it.

Ingredients For scalloped cabbage

1 lghead of cabbage, sliced roughly

1 lgonion, sliced
-
1/2 boxvelveeta cheese (regular size box)

2 cshredded cheddar
-
1 cmilk
-
salt & pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped cabbage

1Boil cabbage till just slightly tender & drain well.

2Add cabbage & onion to 9x13 pan. Cube Velveeta and distribute by kind of poking down into the cabbage & onions.

3Season with salt & pepper. Pour milk over cabbage then cover with shredded cheddar.

4Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till cabbage is tender. I like to remove the foil and let the cheese brown a bit also.

5Let stand to cool, thicken & serve.
