My all time favorite way, my aunt served her cauliflower . I made it even better with the addition of bacon and Parmesan cheese. You have to try it sometime. My family loves it!

Ingredients For ~ savory cauliflower, toasted almonds & crumbs ~

  • 1 lg
    head of cauliflower, broken into florets - steam or boil in water, but you dont want it mushy
  • 3 clove
    ( small) garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • Shredded
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 slice
    bacon, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces and browned
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds
  • Salt
    & pepper if desired

How To Make ~ savory cauliflower, toasted almonds & crumbs ~

    Prepare your cauliflower. I steam mine. In a medium skillet, over medium heat. Melt butter, add garlic, crumbs and almonds. Sauté until almonds are golden and bread crumbs are crisp.

    Place cauliflower in a serving dish and toss with crumbs. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon. Dig in...so yummy!
