I like this combination. This came from The Deen Brothers when they visited Key West, Florida. Its simple and to the point. Its also very yuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmy.

How To Make sauteed spinach with sweet vidalia onion

1In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes or until translucent, stirring occasionally. Add the spinach; cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
