Ingredients For sauteed spinach and mushrooms

  • 16 oz
    sliced mushrooms
  • 18 oz
    fresh spinach
  • 3 clove
    garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt (lawry's)
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make sauteed spinach and mushrooms

  • 1
    Spray a large saute' pan with cooking oil spray. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

    Add spinach and seasonings. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted. Reduce heat to low. Add the parmesan cheese and simmer 4 minutes. Enjoy !
