1 smcontainer of fresh button mushrooms, sliced

1 lgbag of fresh spinach

1/4 tspkosher salt

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make sautéed mushrooms with spinach

1Prepare the mushrooms by wiping gently with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt that may be on them; do not rinse them in water. Slice the mushrooms.

2Heat butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender. Reduce heat to medium.

3Add spinach; cook and stir 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted but still bright green.

4Season with in salt and pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
