These mushrooms are delicious to top any meat. You can cook them and let them simmer the last 30 minutes while you prepare your other items.

Ingredients For sauteed mushrooms

  • 3 c
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt

How To Make sauteed mushrooms

  • 1
    Melt butter in non stick skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, lemon juice, garlic pepper and season salt and cook until mushrooms release and shrink on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of water, lower heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken, steaks, rice, mashed potatoes, etc.
