Ingredients For sauteed mushrooms

  • 16 oz
    small cremini mushrooms
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/3 c
    burgundy wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • dash
    garlic powder

How To Make sauteed mushrooms

  • 1
    Place all ingredients except mushrooms in a saucepan. Stir to mix well. Heat over medium.

    Add mushrooms to the pan and gently toss to coat.

    Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
