Ingredients For sassy spinach

  • 2 --10 oz. pkg
    frozen spinach
  • 3 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt (lawry's)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make sassy spinach

  • 1
    Cook spinach as directed on the package. Drain well. Spoon into the bottom of a lightly greased shallow casserole.

    Saute' mushrooms in butter. Add cheese, onions and seasonings. Pour mixture over spinach in casserole.

    Bake at 350' for 30 minutes. Enjoy !!
