2 cbrussels sprouts trimmed and cut in half

1 cchicken stock

1/2 tspeach saffron and curry powder

1/4 tspcoriander

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspcold water
How To Make saffron brussels sprouts

1In a saucepan with boiling water blanch the brussels sprouts for 3 minutes. Drain.

2In a skillet add the chicken stock, saffron, curry, coriander. Add the brussels sprouts and simmer 4 minutes.

3Mix the water and cornstarch together and stir into the brussels to thicken. Taste and season with salt and pepper
