If you have ever been to Rudy's BBQ in Texas, you will know that this taste exactly like their creamed corn. Delicious!!

Ingredients For rudy's creamed corn

  • 2 lb
    corn kernels, frozen
  • 1 - 8oz
    cream cheese - cut into chunks
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    whipping cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make rudy's creamed corn

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and put in a crock pot and cook on low till the cream cheese and butter are melted. Stir occasionally.
