Ingredients For rotel corn

  • 3 can
    white shoepeg corn
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 8 oz.
    cream cheese
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes

How To Make rotel corn

  • 1
    Preheat oven to about 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese. Add rest of ingredients. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake until bubbly. ***This may be placed in the oven while baking something else or you may cook on top of the stove.
