Ingredients For roasted turnips

3 lbmedium turnips peeled and cut into chunks

1 tspdried marjoram

½ tspdried thyme leaves

½ tspcrushed rosemary

½ tspgarlic powder
-
½ tsponion powder
-
½ tspsea salt

½ tspfresh ground black pepper

4 Tbsptablespoons olive oil
How To Make roasted turnips

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Combine the turnips, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat.

3Spread the turnips on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through the roasting time. If desired, season with more salt and pepper to taste.
