2 lbraw radishes, trimmed and cut in half

3 Tbspolive oil

1 tspdried marjoram

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

1 Tbspfresh thyme
How To Make roasted radishes

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Add the radishes to a large bowl and drizzle them with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the marjoram, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and toss to coat.

3Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes turning once and rotating the baking sheet.

4Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh thyme.
