Ingredients For roasted radishes

  • 2 lb
    raw radishes, trimmed and cut in half
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • ½ tsp
    salt
  • ½ tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp
    garlic powder
  • ½ tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh thyme

How To Make roasted radishes

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Add the radishes to a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Sprinkle with the marjoram, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and toss to coat.

    Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes turning once and rotating the baking sheet.
