This is a super easy recipe, we had some fresh zuchinni and wanted to grill it with our steaks. So I thought I would try this and it was awesome. It had so muc flavor. I use just a little of the garlic salt and pepper, and the paprika gives it a nice color. Plus the kids love it!!

Ingredients For roasted parmesan zucchini

  • zucchini
  • garlic salt
  • paprika
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make roasted parmesan zucchini

    Slice the zucchini, into thin strips (about 1/4 inch). Then you place place on the grill or a 13*9 pan. You will brush the top and bottom. Then on the top, you will sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, paprika and parmesan cheese.

    If you place on the grill it will take about 10-15 minutes on medium high. If you cook in the oven, preheat to 350 degrees, and place in a glass baking dish. Spray the bottom with olive oil. Then place n a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
