Ingredients For roasted parmesan crusted cauliflower

  • 1
    head cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    each dried thyme, paprika and black pepper

How To Make roasted parmesan crusted cauliflower

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break up the cauliflower and slice the florets in half to make slice about a 1/2 inch thick.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the parmesan, panko, thyme, paprika and pepper together.

    Drizzle the olive oil all over the paper and smooth it around. Spinkle the parmesan mixture over the oil.

    Place the cauliflower on the parmesan mixture and press down a bit. Once all the cauliflower is on the pan spray it with cooking spray all over.

    Bake for 20 minutes. Turn the cauliflower and bake and extra 10 minutes. Serve
