Ingredients For roasted parmesan asparagus

2 lbfresh asparagus (25 to 30 stalks)

olive oil

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/2 cgrated Parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted parmesan asparagus

1Lay asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.

2Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on asparagus.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

5Remove from oven. Add Parmesan cheese.

6Return to oven for another couple of minutes for the cheese to melt in.
