Ingredients For roasted parmesan asparagus

  • 2 lb
    fresh asparagus (25 to 30 stalks)
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    grated Parmesan cheese

How To Make roasted parmesan asparagus

  • Asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet.

    Lay asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  • Drizzling olive oil on the asparagus.

    Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on asparagus.
  • Sprinkling asparagus with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roasting the asparagus.

    Roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top.

    Remove from oven. Add Parmesan cheese.
  • Parmesan cheese melted on top of asparagus.

    Return to oven for another couple of minutes for the cheese to melt in.
